A Rejuvenating Ginger Tea Recipe


A cup of ginger tea can be very refreshing. Besides that, ginger has powerful health benefits, as it contains a number of key nutrients. Some of these include: potassium, magnesium, folate and vitamin c. Furthermore, a few of the combined properties these nutrients provide are: nervous system regulation, nervous system function, as well as antioxidant benefits.

Finally, here's a really easy ginger tea recipe you can try:

Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 Tbs of Ginger
  • 2 1/2 Cups of Water
  • Honey
  • Lemon Juice (optional)

Directions:
  1. Bring water and ginger to boil in a saucepan for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain tea into a tea pot and sweeten with honey to taste (also add a little lemon juice if desired).
  3. Pour into your cup or mug and enjoy!
